You Can Quit Weed Today - How to Quit Smoking Marijuana

Right now, you may lack the motivation to quit weed by yourself. So you know what you should do? You should tell other people that you will quit marijuana!

That's right! You want to tell as many people as possible about your new goal to quit smoking weed by a certain date.

This method works because people are driven to stay congruent to their words and they also do not want to disappoint other people.

So follow these 3 steps.

1) Write down a list of top 10 people you really respect and know personally.
2) Set a specific you want to achieve your goal of quitting.
3) Tell your top 10 people your new goal to quit marijuana by a certain date.

After you tell enough people, you will have more motivation to quit marijuana. Not only are you quitting for yourself but you are quitting for 10 other people that you personally promised to quit.

I know many people who have used this technique to quit their addictions. They may have wanted to smoke cannabis again but they were constantly reminded about their promises. And most of us want to keep our promises.

And you are not only pressured to keep a promise to one person but to 10 people. And that is not just any 10 people but they are promises to 10 people who you highly respect and admire!

This is a very effective method to quit marijuana addiction faster because all humans are motivated by the need to stay congruent to their words. So start using this technique to tell everyone you know when you will quit smoking weed by. And most importantly, tell them!

Smoking Cessation Secrets - Tips to Quit Smoking Weed!

Studies have shown you are like the 5 closest people in your life. That means, you will be the average of the 5 closest people in your life.

What does this have to do with quitting weed? If you are currently having problems with smoking weed, then you need to reflect on who your 5 closest friends are. Most likely, you are hanging out with the type of people who are marijuana addicts.

Researchers have found that no matter how much you try, it is almost impossible to change if you continue to hang out with the same group of people. That's because soon or later, your old friends will bring you back to their level.

Thus, if you want to quit smoking weed, you need to do it MORE than just by yourself. You need to actively go out and find new set of top 5 friends.

In addition to that, you want to cut friendships from the past that are only based on smoking pot. This may sound wrong but it really must happen in order for you to get to next chapter of your life.

If you have trouble finding new set of friends, then go to an AA or NA or a 12 step meeting. There are tons of 12-step programs that are for free all over the world.

Meeting and hanging out with a new group of people who have the SAME goals as you is VERY important.

So stop hanging out with the pot smokers. And start hanging out with people who YOU want to be like. Start hanging out with people who do NOT smoke weed. Slowly, you will find yourself becoming less interested in smoking a blunt because you will eventually become like your new top 5 friends.

The Secret to Quit Marijuana - How I Quit Smoking Marijuana in 1 Single Day!

After smoking weed for over 5 years, I finally quit. So what was the secret?

The secret was to get rid of my temptation triggers.

So what is "temptation triggers"? Temptation triggers are anything that can tempt you into smoking weed.

That includes movies, music, pipes, bongs, weed, cigarettes, posters, and anything else that can encourage you to start smoking weed.

Get a piece of paper and write down an entire list of things that easily tempt you to smoke marijuana. Write everything down. After you do this, you want to take action EVERY single day to get rid of ONE item from that list.

That means, you want to get rid of your music and movies that are related to smoking weed. You want to get rid of posters of people smoking a blunt.

Getting rid of your temptation triggers will not completely eliminate your weed addiction but it will help you make one HUGE step forward to quit smoking marijuana.

You will get tempted less. You have less excuses to go out and smoke weed. You won't be reminded that you need to smoke weed. You will get less pressure from your old friends who are constantly telling to you take a hit from a bowl of weed.

So starting today, write down a list of all your temptation triggers. And most importantly, get rid of them all! If you cannot get rid of them in one day, make it a habit to get rid of just one temptation trigger from your list EVERY single day.

To your success,

The Secret to Quit Smoking Weed - How I Quit My Marijuana Addiction Once & For All!

The key is to exercise for 21 days in a row! That's right. Replace your time for smoking weed with time for exercising for 21 to 30 days in row. The reason why it is 21 days is because studies have shown that people adopt new habits if they do anything for 21 to 30 consecutive days. Listen, I used to smoke pot for over 5 years and could not quit for some reason. But then I started to exercise for over 21 days in a row.

To be honest sometimes, I'd even be high working out but little by little, I noticed myself spending a little bit more time exercising while forgetting about smoking weed. After 21 days, my new hobby of exercising started to take over my old hobby of smoking weed.

That's what you need to do. You need to find something that REPLACES your time for smoking. Up to this point, you probably do nothing else but smoke marijuana all day.

If someone asked me what I liked to do for fun (back in the days), I told them that I liked to get with my friends and smoke weed. Seriously! That was my hobby.

But now you need a DIFFERENT HOBBY to replace your old marijuana smoking hobby. At first, it may take some time to adjust. But little by little, you will start to have more interest in your new hobby if you exercise for at least 21 consecutive days in a row.

So starting today, adopt a NEW habit of exercising for 21 days in a row. Soon, you will be on your way to quit smoking marijuana forever!

Do Not Smoke Weed All Day - How to Quit Smoking Marijuana Tips

I am not here to judge anyone because I know what it is like to smoke weed all day. Listen, I used to smoke weed EVERY single day! I'd smoke a bowl before I'd go to work. So I'd be high at work all day!

Then, I'd come back home and smoke some more weed and play video games all day. By the time it's night, I wasted my entire day and guess what I did before I slept? That's right! I smoked more marijuana!

This was a constant cycle for up to 5 years. I used to always want to quit but somehow never got myself going in that direction. However on 2006, I was able to finally quit my marijuana addiction once and for all and to this day, I have been sober for many years.

Looking back, the key to my success in overcoming weed addiction was that I wrote down my goal on paper. I didn't just talk about it or dream about it. I actually took the time to write my goal of quitting weed on a piece of paper.

And yes, I was probably high at the time writing this down but that doesn't matter. What mattered is that I took one step towards the road of freedom. That first step was writing my goal down. And that is what you have to do to take your first step to quit smoking marijuana.

Starting today, hurry & get a piece of paper! And write down your goal of quitting weed by a certain date. Put this paper on your room and read it to yourself every single day. This will be your first step towards quitting smoking marijuana.

To your success,

Bobby Min

Marijuana Side Effects - Consequences of Smoking Marijuana

So many people say there are no problems for smoking marijuana. But in reality, there are real side effects for smoking weed.

Studies have shown that:

1) Adolescents are more likely to drop out of school

Just because the baby boomers went through smoking weed does not mean to pass it down to our children. Students today are having grave consequences from smoking marijuana on a regular basis. Thus, students who do smoke pot tend to drop out of school MORE than students who don't smoke weed.

2) Adolescents are more likely to get into fights & illegal activities

Students who have smoked weed are more likely to get into fights and other illegal activities. They also end up in the hospital more than non-marijuana smoking students.

3) Students are more likely to be arrested.
Students who smoke marijuana are more likely to get arrested than students who do not smoke pot.

There has been much studies showing that marijuana use can be very destructive to your life. So, you must stop believing the old myth that marijuana is harmless.

What is important is EDUCATION. There must be real education on how marijuana can destroy and be harmful to your life.

I've been a former weed addict for a long time and let me tell you. I used to love arguing with people that marijuana is harmless. But it has done nothing but waste away and slow down my life.

But after I quit smoking weed, I was able to gain more confidence, feel stronger, and feel better about life.

And most importantly, it is possible to quit smoking weed.

Stop Smoking Weed - How to Quit Marijuana Today!

One tip I have used to quit smoking weed was to write down the pros and cons of smoking marijuana.

Get a piece of paper and write the benefits of smoking weed on one side. And on the other side, write down the cons of smoking weed.

Be honest with yourself and don't stop writing. Whatever gets in your mind, write it and don't be biased. Whatever comes in your brain, just let it flow and keep writing for at least 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, you will have a list of benefits for smoking weed and the cons of smoking pot.

The most important thing is that from now on, you want to paste this in your room. You want to look at this sheet of paper and remind yourself what you are REALLY doing to yourself every time you smoke another bowl of weed.

What's even better is that you can just get rid of the benefits and paste the cons of smoking weed. Paste that on your wall.

Now, every time you think about smoking weed, just take a look at your harmful effects of smoking weed.

It doesn't matter if it is something the surgeon general will approve or not. What's important is that it is true for you. So you want to write down the harmful effects that is affecting you personally from smoking weed.

Some examples of harmful effects can be:

- I get super lazy.
- I eat tons of chips and get fatter every time.
- I don't want to do anything except watch YouTube clips and laugh all day.
- I don't want to go to sleep and this ends up wasting my time all day.
- I don't achieve any goals in my life
- And the list goes on...

After this, just paste this on your wall and READ it every day. This is just one of the techniques that can greatly help you get closer to becoming free from marijuana addiction.

Marijuana Addiction - Tips For Quitting Smoking Marijuana!

Before you start the road to overcoming marijuana addiction, you must know your "temptation triggers".

Your "temptation triggers" are anything in this world that will tempt you to smoke weed.

So your temptation trigger can something like:

- Watching movies (where smoking is encouraged)
- Listening to music (where lyrics promote marijuana smoking)
- Hanging out with people who smoke weed
- Having posters of marijuana in your room
- Pipe or marijuana bongs
- cigarettes

All these little things can lead you to want to smoke. You may think the temptation triggers are not a big deal but they all add up to tempt you to go back into smoking pot.

So the first thing you want to do is to figure out what are the temptation triggers in your life?

After you figure that out, you want to GET RID of them!

That's right. You want to get rid of your temptation triggers! This might be difficult at first but once you get rid of all the temptation triggers in your life, you will be less tempted to smoke another bowl of weed.

Do everything to get rid of your temptation triggers. This will greatly help you to cut out all the little things that can lead you back into smoking weed.

But once you get rid of these triggers, you will be one huge step towards freedom. Even though it may be difficult, try to throw away at least ONE temptation trigger every single day.

Even though you cannot get rid of all your temptation triggers, try to just get rid of ONE temptation trigger per day. Doing this will make you walk closer towards becoming 100% free from marijuana addiction once and for all!

Pot Addiction - Is Smoking Marijuana Addictive Or Not?

Now, there are many people who like to claim that marijuana is not addictive and how pot addiction does not exist.

I always wonder about these people. They like to compare marijuana addiction to alcohol addiction or any other drugs.

They like to question and ask things like "People high on weed have never become violent" or "You never see high people fight or get in a driving accident".

The above statement may be true but I am here to say that marijuana is addictive depending on the individual.

Some people are addicted to marijuana. And some people are NOT addicted to marijuana. That doesn't mean that marijuana is not an addictive drug period.

Weed is addictive to some people.

For me personally, I am not addicted to drinking or gambling. But I did have problems with marijuana back in the days. Does that mean I should say "drinking is NOT addictive" or "Gambling is not addictive". That is baloney!

...It all depends on the individual!

So if you have struggles with quitting marijuana, then stop listening to people who tell you "Yeah...marijuana is not addictive...so take another hit!"

That's just another excuse for you to get a bong and smoke another bowl of weed.

...How do I know?

Because I told myself these lies to myself for a very long time. And what was the result?

...I smoked weed every single day! I couldn't stop!

So...stop giving yourself excuses to smoke because the idea that "marijuana is not addictive" is just another EXCUSE to smoke more marijuana.

...The most important thing for you is to recognize this old myth that "marijuana is not an addictive drug" as an excuse for you to smoke weed.

Stop believing the old myth that pot addiction is untrue because it is real for many people who struggle with it every single day.

Stop letting the old myth influence you.

And start going towards the road to freedom once and for all!

How to Quit Marijuana - Quitting Marijuana Starts From Within

A lot of people want to know how to quit marijuana addiction forever.

It is not simple but it is possible.

As a former addict who overcame marijuana addiction, I can look back and say that one of the most important things that helped me quit smoking weed was that I had a strong "inner why".

You may want to know the "how to's" of quitting weed. That means, you may ask "how do I quit weed?" or "How do I get rid of weed craving?" or "how do I just stop smoking weed?"

...These questions are based on HOW TO quit.

But the MORE IMPORTANT question to ask yourself is WHY do you want to quit smoking marijuana?

Once you figure out your "WHY" (inner why), you will then have the real motivation to take action on the "how-to's". That is why you must FIRST take the time to figure out WHY do you really want to quit smoking weed.

You may have some superficial answers at first. The way to do this is to keep going deeper by asking yourself "why" until you can't find a deeper reason anymore.

For example, you may first say "I am sick of people saying I smell like weed". Then ask yourself "Why am I sick of people saying that I smell like weed?" Then, you may have a deeper answer like "It makes me feel like they are NOT respecting me!"

Then ask yourself "Why do you want to feel respected?" Then, you may have a deeper answer like "Because I am more than just a pot addict!"

...You get my point!

My point is for you to figure out your own "inner why" (your CORE reason to quitting weed). Once you figure this out, write it down on a piece of paper, stamp it on your wall, and READ it every single day.

This exercise will help you and continually remind you to walk in the direction to become 100% sober from marijuana addiction once and for all.

How to Quit Smoking Marijuana - 2 Steps to Quit Marijuana Addiction!

Hey guys...

It may seem difficult to quit smoking marijuana but in reality it is possible.

The 2 steps to quit smoking weed is:

1) Discover your passion
2) Replace your passion time with "marijuana time"

1st step: Discover your passion

It is VERY important for you to find out your own passions. If you smoke marijuana, you may have forgotten what you are passionate about. You may have been too busy smoking pot.

Many times, you may totally be blind to what you used to love doing. You may have forgotten what you were once passionate about. That's because you probably spent all your free time doing nothing but smoking marijuana!

I've been in the same place. I used to smoke weed every single day! That's right! To the point I had no other activities that I had time for.

That's what smoking weed can do. It can totally take over your life. It can consume your life to the point you don't have time for friends, hobbies, and anything else.

Thus, you need to take some time to do some self-discovery. Find something that you are very passionate about so you can find out something you can START doing in the future.

2nd step: Next, replace your "marijuana time" with your "passion time"

The next step is to start spending MORE time on your passion rather than on smoking pot. This will be a challenge at first but as you do this more, you will notice that you will be more interested in participating in activities other than just smoking another bowl of weed.

This step is CRUCIAL. Every time you have the urge to smoke weed from your favorite fat and long bong, stop it! And go participate in your passion.

That is why your passion is CRUCIAL. You must be VERY passionate about your activity, friends, or hobby. If you are very passionate about this, then you will have no problems taking some time for your passion.

Following these 2 steps will eventually get you to quit smoking marijuana in the future once and for all!

To your success,

Bobby Min
